What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum is 10 pieces per style, and you can mix sizes within a style. Sample fees are credited to your order, as long as the total reaches 50 pieces.
How long does production take?

Standard customization takes 25–45 business days, including sample approval. An expedited 10-business-day turnaround is available for an additional fee.
What fabrics and decoration methods do you offer?

Our fabrics include quick-dry mesh, four-way stretch spandex, and windproof TPU-laminated fabric. Tell us the sport and season, and we’ll recommend the best fit.
How do I confirm colors and sizes?

We provide Pantone color swatches for exact color matching, plus two size charts: Asian fit and European sizing. We can also adjust the pattern to your team’s actual measurements.
Can I order a single sample?

Yes. A sample costs 1.5–3× the regular unit price, and the full fee is credited back when your order reaches 50 pieces or more. We recommend requesting samples at least 3 weeks ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer. A 70% deposit starts production, and the balance is due before shipping.
Do you ship worldwide? How is shipping calculated?

We offer worldwide shipping via international logistics partners, with full-container-load (FCL) sea freight available for bulk orders. Shipping costs are quoted based on the destination, shipment weight, and shipping method. Preferential shipping rates may be available for qualifying large orders.
Can you help with the design?

Yes. Our design team will create a free layout and mockup from your logo and color requirements. We also accept ready-to-print files in AI, PSD, and other formats.
